.§ 124In case of an offer to buy, the price specified in the order is considered as the maximum price, and in the case of an offer to sell as the minimum price.§ 125The expiration date of a broker's order in the single price quotation system may not be later than the end of the month following the month in which the client's order was issued.§ 126Information contained in broker's orders shall be available exclusively to the authorised employees of the Exchange, specialist brokers, and to the persons authorised by the law to obtain such information.§ 1271.The Exchange Supervisory Board may define specific types of brokers orders and the requirements they are to satisfy.2.The Exchange Management Board shall define uniform rules of conduct, terms and time limits for acceptance and cancellation of broker's orders, as well as the terms of their execution on particular markets and in specified systems of quotation.Chapter 10Trading Sessions§ 128The trading sessions are held regularly in the seat of the Exchange in a place hereinafter referred to as "the floor", from Monday to Friday, between 11.00 a.m.and 3.00 p.m., unless the Exchange Management Board decides otherwise.If the timing of the session is changed, the resolution of the Exchange Management Board concerning this matter should be disclosed to Exchange members at least 4 weeks before it comes into force.§ 1291.The Exchange Management Board shall define time limits and days of trading sessions for securities listed on particular markets and in specified systems of quotation.2.The time limits referred to in § 129(1) above shall be published at least 2 weeks before the resolution of the Exchange Management Board comes into force.§ 1301.The Exchange Management Board may cancel a trading session due to important reasons either on its own initiative or upon a motion of at least 5 Exchange members.2.The Exchange Management Board may change the day of the trading session on particular markets on which quotation is not conducted every day.§ 1311.The course and the order of the trading session is supervised by the chairman of the session.2.The chairman of the session shall also perform other activities concerning the Exchange trading, as provided for in these Rules and in other Exchange regulations.3.The chairman of the session shall be an employee of the Exchange duly authorised by the Exchange Management Board.4.In justified cases, a trading session may be conducted by a member of the Exchange Management Board.§ 1321.The opening and closing of a trading session is declared by a member of the Exchange Management Board or the chairman of the session in a customary manner.2.The chairman of the session may delay the opening of or prolong a trading session as well as suspend the exchange trading or interrupt a trading session, if safety of the trading or the interests of the trading participants so require.3.The provisions of § 132(2) above shall apply accordingly to the exchange trading in particular securities during a given trading session, particularly if the issuer provides information which may influence the exchange trading safety or the interests of trading participants.§ 133Subject to relevant regulations, only the following persons are authorised to be on the floor during a trading session:(a) Exchange brokers;(b) authorised employees of the Exchange;(c) members of the Exchange Supervisory Board;(d) members of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission and authorised employees of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission Office; and(e) other persons upon consent of the chairman of the session.§ 1341.All persons present on the floor during a trading session shall have an identification card issued by the Exchange Management Board displayed visibly.2.Regulations of issuance and invalidation of identification cards, their types and specimen shall be determined by the Exchange Management Board.§ 135Transfer of identification cards is not allowed and shall result in an immediate invalidation of the card [ Pobierz całość w formacie PDF ]
